【原】预告｜苏格兰的地理学人与地理教育

这个九月我的写作任务还蛮重的，微信推送不会频繁更新。但是我还是想要在九月（既有教师节、又有中秋节）做一个与地理和教育有关的主题。

之所以选择苏格兰，不只是近水楼台先得月，更多是因为在非英国本土的语境中，英格兰的教育往往就是英国教育的典型代表，甚至是唯一代表。之所以选择苏格兰而不是另外两处，则是因为我也确实没有太多时间从头去了解起来威尔士和北爱尔兰。这其实盖住了United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland教育原本存在的多样性。

以及，在英格兰属于必修国家课程的地理在苏格兰却要和历史、现代研究一起合并在卓越课程（Curriculum for Excellence）中成为社会研究，在苏格兰政府关于学校课程的首页竟然无迹可寻。

就算到了课程领域（curriculum areas），也没有出现geography，而是隐隐地出现在了社会研究中：
