1. C/E’s Responsibility. The general manager of the maintenance system, the safety management and maintenance of the whole ship's mechanical and electrical equipment and hull structure. Take overall responsibility. 2.Dismantle procedure of fuel oil high pressure injection pump? a.Close the turning gear, close each valve, and suspend the "no start". b. Ensure that the internal pressure of the oil pump is completely released. c. Remove end cover and accessories. d. Install special tools and mark VIT and throttle rack according to the instructions. e. Remove and pull out the two rack according to the instructions. f. Then lift the special tool to lift the plunger sleeve. 3.Dismantle procedure of main bearing of GE. a. Hang "do not start" b. The safety instructions require the removal of the main bearing's bolts. c. Remove the upper part of main bearing and tile with a special tool. d. Put a T-type special tool in the oil hole of the crankshaft, turn the GE slowly clockwise according to the instructions, and observe the condition of the lower part at any time. e. You can turn the engine completely when the lower part of main bearing is up. 4.Preparation for Annual survey The ship management shall make preparations of inspection, including the cleaning of the inspection site, lighting and safe access to the inspection items, safety facilities, and all kinds of sufficient information, instructions and charts required by the inspection. Before the inspection begins, the ship management shall organize the crew and relevant maintenance personnel to conduct self-inspection of the hull structure, machinery and equipment, etc. If necessary, the repair and maintenance of the relevant equipment should be arranged before the inspection to make sure that it is in good working condition. |
