Hi guys, I want to introduce you to my favorite salad dressing recipe.

It’s called everyday tahini.

我称它为每日芝麻酱。

The reason I love tahini is because it’s actually a very heavy dressing, and what that does for a salad?

If you’re someone like me who thinks that salad isn’t a complete meal or it’s not enough food.

Using a dressing like this actually makes your salad feel heavier and feel like a more complete meal.

It is highly densely nutritious and it’s also vegan.

So one of the reasons why I don’t like dairy in my salad dressing is that dairy is very acidic.

I mean something that actually can cause problems with a stomach, and it’s something that’s very hard to digest for most people.

So, let’s get started.

And let me show you exactly what I like to do to make my salads as a complete meal.

Alright you’re gonna start with a quarter cup of tea.

Now I make this dressing all the time, so I kind of know what a quarter cup looks like, but at home you should measure it in an actual measuring cup.

So quarter of that.

We’re gonna do a juice of half a lemon.

The lemon is really important in this Recipe, because the lemon is very acidic and it breaks up how thick the tahini is.

The tahini is just sesame seeds ground up, and sesames are very thick.

So, you need to add the citrus to be able to break it up.

OK we’re going to do one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, just highly alkaline for the body, really good for your health.

One teaspoon of garlic powder, tastes go perfect.

I love garlic, pinch of pepper, I like to do two pinches of pepper because I like things a little more spicy,

and then this is already measured. This is a quarter cup of water.

What I like to do is I like to like push through the miso paste and some of the teeny first.

And you’re whisking until your dressing becomes a consistency that’s nice and smooth.
