请病假 Asking for sick Leave

Dear Mr rown:
I would like to know if i could ask for a sick leave for one day tomorrow.

I have been ill for a week.I think i should go to hospital,otherwise it will be more serious.As tomorrow.is not as busy.as the other weekdays,I think a one-day leave tomorrow may be the best solution.And i would do my best to finish my work on July 8.
