BRAZIL 2024  3月22日，首届拉丁美洲中医药大会暨第二届巴西中医药国际大会上，王菲老师代表王永民老师，应邀为与会的各国医学专家和代表们，做了“振荡中医脉法”的演讲。演讲以疗效迅捷的随机脉药调理案例为切入点，深入浅出的讲解了振荡中医脉法的开创历程、基本原理（一元疾病观，脉法脉素）、唯脉用药模式、优势特点，言简意深、法畅理明的讲演，引发了与会的国际同仁们的强烈兴趣和热情赞誉。 王菲老师演讲稿全文（中英文版）： 尊敬的各位专家、老师：大家好！我是振荡中医的践行者、研究者王菲，来自中国大连。非常高兴能有机会和来自世界各地的医学专家、老师们，共同探讨中医脉象和其它中医药领域的一些专业问题。今天我和大家分享的内容是“振荡中医脉法”。 Dear distinguished experts and honored teachers, good afternoon. I am Wang Fei, a practitioner and researcher of S Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), come from Dalian China. I am very happy to have the opportunity to meet with medical experts from all over the world, discuss some professional issues about the pulse and other fields of Chinese medicine together. 什么是振荡中医呢？振荡中医又遵循着怎样的医学观念和具体的诊疗模式呢？ What is S TCM? What are the medical concept and specific modes of diagnosis & treatment the S TCM follow?  首先我给大家看两个案例——这张照片拍摄于振荡中医的课堂。2023年6月的深圳，天气非常炎热。这位来自成都的女生，却穿着三层厚厚的衣服，还捧着暖手宝。她从2016年生病后便无法工作，到处求医问药，来上课的主要目的也是治病。课程中，我根据她的脉象，用很简洁的四味常用药补骨脂0.2克肉桂0.1克枳壳0.1克丹参0.1克。但就是这极少的中药破壁粉，含服后，她立即手脚暖了，身体轻松了，脱下厚厚的衣服，非常开心地说自己从没有过的舒适！  再来看这一位，全身湿疹，面部化脓几乎要毁容了。她当时很焦虑，在当地医院检查为真菌感染，吃了很多西药却没有效果。我们依然是用少量的小药粉，以补气温阳为主，兼化湿瘀，没有用任何清热药。短短五天时间，她的湿疹消退干净，没有留一点儿印痕。这张照片就是她后来参加振荡中医的学习时拍的，面部非常光滑。 Let’s look at the other case. The patient had eczema all over her body, almost disfiguring. She was very anxious, local hospital said that was fungal infection. She took lots of Western medicine however didn’t work. We still used small amount of Chinese medicine powder, of which focused on tonifying Qi warming yang and removing dampness at the same time, no heat-clearing medicines used. Five days later, her eczema disappeared and no marks left. This photo was taken when she sat S TCM training class later on, her face was smooth. 像这样的案例，在振荡中医的诊疗实践中还有很多。我们一次又一次地见证着“效如桴鼓”的奇迹，也一次又一次感叹着振荡脉法的“简、便、验、安”。“简”是理论简明、诊断简单；“便”是药少量微、服用方便；“验”是疗效显著、立竿见影；“安”是药食同源、无任何毒负作用，绿色安全。 There are many cases like this is in the diagnosis and treatment practice of S TCM. Time and again, we witness the miracle of 'a striking sound immediately arises, with immediate effects,' and repeatedly marvel at the simplicity, convenience, efficacy, and safety of oscillating pulse diagnosis and medication. 'Simplicity' refers to concise theory and simple diagnosis; 'convenience' means minimal medication and easy administration; 'efficacy' signifies remarkable therapeutic effects; 'safety' denotes herbal medicine and food having the same source, with no adverse effects, promoting green safety.  振荡中医之所以有如此神奇的魅力，离不开创始人韦刃老先生四十余年的临床深研与追寻真理的哲学探索。韦老是一位深邃的哲人，对宇宙之谜、生命之谜、疾病之谜，脉诊之谜心性真相均透彻明悟。就中医医学而言，韦刃先生在继承古典中医《内经》、《难经》、《伤寒论》、《神农本草》及历代医家经验菁华的基础上，结合自己四十余年的临床经验与哲学领悟，从而创立了【道－器－顺－逆－脉－治】的疾病一元论和人体稳态控制的理论体系，以及【气－环－病－脉－证－治－效】的随机诊疗操作系统，首创了脉药直接精准对应的处方机制，无需背方，简便、易学、快效、安全。古有神农尝百草，而韦老当年也是一味药一味药地亲自尝试，不断以身试药，才在三百多味中药里，确定与单因脉一一对应的二十几味中草药，令我们今天能在“唯脉无症”理念的指导下，根据脉象变化，精准用药、随机调理，取得立竿见影的效果。所以，自问世以来，受益者无数。目前，在王永民恩师等前辈的讲学推广下，深受国内外医学界欢迎，学员已经遍及世界各国。 he remarkable diagnostic and therapeutic effects achieved by S TCM are inseparable from in depth clinical practice/research and truth-seeking philosophical exploration of more than four decades by its founder, Mr. Wei Ren. Mr. Wei is always a profound philosopher. He has thorough understanding to the mystery of the universe, the mystery of life, the mystery of disease, the mystery of pulse diagnosis and the truth of the mind.In terms of Chinese medicine, on the basis of inheriting classical Chinese medicine Nei Jing, Nan Jing, Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Sheng Nong's Herbal Classic and the experience essence of successive generations of medical practitioners, combining with his own clinical experience and philosophical insight of more than four decades, Mr. Wei Ren founded the disease monism of [Truth -Container- Smooth – Stumble -Treatment] and the theoretical system of human body homeostasis control, as well as the random diagnosis and treatment operating system of [Qi - Circle - Disease - Pulse - Pathogenesis - Treatment - Effect]. He created the first prescription mechanism with direct and precise correspondence between pulse and drug, of which no need to memorize the prescription, simple, easy to learn, fast-acting and safe. In ancient times, Shen Nong tasted hundreds of herbs, and Mr. Wei also personally tried one medicine after another, constantly made experiments with his own body. Among more than 300 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, he determined more than 20 kinds of herbs that corresponded to each specific pulse, allowing us to accurately use medicine, adjust randomly, and achieve immediate results today under the guidance of the concept of 'only pulse, no symptoms' according to changes in the pulse. There have been countless beneficiaries since its inception. Currently, with the promotion of mentor WangYongmin and other predecessors, it has been well received by both domestic and international medical communities, and the students have spread all over the world. “振荡”本义：两极通应，一气环流  我们为什么叫振荡中医呢？大家看“S”这个符号在太极图里，它就是介于阴阳之间的正弦波的力线，是阴阳两极相互作用的综合状态，是负阴抱阳、冲气以为和的冲和之气，宛若游龙，生生不息，备孕万物，名曰“振荡”。广义而言是阴阳两极、交汇通应、环流不息的过程，狭义是指我们人体经络导序的气液环流过程（营卫环流），是古典中医深层奥秘：生命系统营卫全息时空环流，简称“生命环”的象形符号。它在正常情况下，可以内应身心、外应天地，将一切扰动随机随时地序化为一个整体振荡的环流，形成人体的稳态控制，或者称自愈机制。而在异常情况下，气液环流出问题了，我们就会看到各种各样的病症，可以说一切疾病都是营卫气血生命环异常所致，正如《内经》所说：“阴平阳秘，精神乃治。阴阳离决，精神乃绝。” Why do we call it 'Oscillating Traditional Chinese Medicine'? Let’s look at this symbol 'S' which appears like a swimming loong. In the Tai Chi diagram, it represents the vertical line of the sine wave between yin and yang, it is a comprehensive state of interaction between the two poles of yin and yang，embracing the negative yin and yang, and generate harmonious energy. It is like a swimming loong, endless, and constantly giving birth to all things. We read it as 'oscillation' . It refers to the process of interaction and continuous circulation between the two poles of yin and yang in a broad sense, while in a narrow sense, it refers to the process of qi and liquid circulation in our body's meridians (nutrient and defensive circulation). It is the deep secret of classical Chinese medicine: the holographic circulation of the life system's nourishment and defense, symbolized by the pictographic symbol of 'life cycle'. Under normal circumstances, a person can respond to the body and mind internally and to the heavens and earth externally, transform all disturbances into a unified oscillating circulation at any time, forming the body's homeostatic control, or self-healing mechanism. In abnormal circumstances, when there are problems with the circulation of qi and blood, we will see various symptoms. It can be said that all diseases are caused by abnormalities in the circulation of qi and blood. Like what was said in the 'Nei Jing', 'When yin is balanced and yang is hidden, the spirit is then treated. Imbalance of yin and yang leads to the proliferation of various diseases.'  那么，振荡中医如何依据这一原理来治病呢？首先，精准把握脉象，通过脉诊清晰透视气液循环的异常状态并定性定量地进行分析；其次，精准调理脉象，通过脉药对应体系，随时随机地调理，使振荡的异常状态归于有序，激活人体稳态自愈机制。总体上说抓住了气液环流的有序状态就掌握了人体百病自愈的根本，因此振荡中医也成为不治病而百病自愈的医学系统。 Then, how does oscillating traditional Chinese medicine treat diseases based on this principle? Firstly, we should accurately grasp the pulse, analyze the abnormal state of the circulation of qi and fluids through pulse diagnosis, and analyze it qualitatively and quantitatively; secondly, we should accurately regulate the pulse, regulate it at any time and place through the pulse-medicine corresponding system, so that the oscillating abnormal state returns to order and activates the body's self-healing mechanism. In general, grasping the orderly state of gas-liquid circulation is the key to mastering the fundamental of self-healing for all diseases in the human body. Therefore, oscillating traditional Chinese medicine has become a medical system not for treating disease but for the self-healing of various diseases. 其实这里很关键的一点，就是我们对疾病的正确认识。一种局部症状，也就是某一具体的疾病，它只是整体气机变化所引起的局部功能改变。而任何局部功能的改变都与动态整体所处的随机状态密切地联系在一起，整体振荡的异常就是局部功能改变的根本，即“因”。如果能随时随地调整好这个“因”，使整体的异常振荡归于有序，局部的病症也就自然而然地消除了。那么，如何去把握这个“因”？这就要靠我们老祖宗传下来的智慧——脉诊。脉诊是内窥生命系统振荡状态是正常还是异常的窗口，对动态整体随机态的把握，唯有脉诊可以很便利地获取。 In fact, the key point here is the right understanding of the disease. A local symptom, namely a specific disease, is basically a partial functional change arising from overall change caused by Qi. Any change in local function is closely related to the random state of the dynamic whole, and is the root of local functional change, namely 'cause'. If the cause is properly treated, overall abnormal oscillation goes back to normal, local symptom will disappear automatically. How to hold the “cause”? This has to rely on pulse diagnosis, the wisdom passed down from our ancestors. Pulse diagnosis is a window of internal feedback to the vital system oscillation, which is normal or abnormal. To understand random state of the overall dynamic state, pulse diagnose is the only shortcut. 相比于传统脉法，振荡中医脉法更加简捷。我们不把寸关尺做脏腑结构的具体对应，而只是做一个躯段三部三层的气血投影对应。我们通过躯段气血全息对应的方式把这些组织涵盖进来。大家看这个图：左手的寸关尺对应的是身体背部三个躯段。右手的寸关尺对应的是身体前面三个躯段。 Compared with traditional pulse diagnose, that of S TCM is more simple and fast. We do not make a specific correspondence between Cun, Guan, Chi and specific organs, but rather create a three-part three-layer holographic projection of Qi and blood in the body. We includes these tissues through a holographic correspondence of Qi and blood. Let’s see this picture: Cun Guan and Chi of left hand relates to three parts of the backside of the body. Cun Guan and Chi of right hand relates to three parts of the front side of the body.  振荡中医随机诊疗体系的具体操作步骤如下：首先脉可分为和脉（正常Ｓ的脉象）与病脉（异常Ｓ的脉象）。所有的脉象都从脉位、脉势和脉体三种基本的要素去考察：脉位：分为左右两侧的寸、关、尺、浮、中、沉，共18个位相，构成经气营卫运行的时空框架；脉势：有刚、柔、大、小、缓、急六种状态；脉体：分为郁、瘀、水、湿、痰五种。病脉（异常Ｓ态）以虚实（以有力无力为判断虚实的依据）为纲，统摄四正——阴阳气液、五邪——郁瘀水湿痰。 The detailed diagnose and treatment practice of STCM are as follows: first of all pulse can be categorized into harmonious pulses (normal S pulse) and pathological pulses (abnormal S pulse). All pulse patterns consist of three basic elements: pulse position, pulse force, and pulse quality. Pulse position: 18 positions, including Cun, Guan, Chi, Floating, Middle, and Sinking, forming the spatiotemporal framework for the circulation of meridian Qi and Yingwei. Pulse force has 6 types: Strong, Soft, Large, Small, Slow, Fast. Pulse quality has 5 types: Stagnation, Stasis, Water, Dampness, and Phlegm. Pathological pulses (abnormal S state) are classified based on deficiency and excess (judged by the strength or weakness of the pulse), governing the Four Correct — Yin and Yang, Qi, Blood, and the Five Pathogens — Stagnation, Stasis, Water, Dampness, Phlegm. 在临床的过程中，患者的脉象并不一定虚实分明，也很少是由单一种因素构成的。但不论疾病状态组成因素多么复杂，只要纲举目张，弄清气液阴阳的虚实以及各种基因组合的具体状态，随机辨证施治，都可以达到扶正整体功能态的目的。 In practice, the patient’s pulse disease states are not necessarily clearly deficient or excessive and are rarely composed of a single factor. No matter how complicated the factors constituting the disease state are, as long as the deficiency and excess of Yin and Yang and the specific states of various gene combinations related to Qi and liquid are identified, random differential diagnosis and treatment can be carried out to achieve the goal of supporting overall functional state. 我们看这张随机凭脉辩证导航图，其实除了先天因素所造成的疾病，其它一切疾病，都可以在这张图上找到与疾病本体相对应的症的单基因态和多基因态组合态模型，从而有效地指导我们医学临床的随机治疗。 Let’s look at this Random Pulse Diagnosis Navigation Chart, in fact for all disease except those arising from congenital factors, a corresponding “proof” of single-gene and multi-gene combination models can be found on the random pulse diagnosis navigation chart. This effectively guides the random treatment of clinical medicine. 效药学理论：基于《神农本草经》识药理论精神的现代应用  我们S中医凭脉用药的药学理论，来自于《神农本草经》精华部分的现代延伸。《本经》将365种药物分别列为上、中、下三品，我们用的是上品药，在《神农本草经》中这样说“主养命以应天，无毒，多服久服不伤人，欲轻身益气，不老延年者，本上品”是药食两用非常安全。韦老在创立之初就建立了凭脉鉴定本草性能的实验模式。从300味常用药筛选出20味调“气”最佳的药物组合。独创了单因脉与单味药精准对接的诊疗体系，简化了传统的诊疗方式，实现了脉诊与治疗的桥接，使其一步到位。 Our S TCM practice of using pulse diagnosis for medication is based on the modern extension of the essence of The Holy Husbandman's Classic on Roots and Herbs. The work categorizes 365 drugs into superior, medium, and inferior grades; we use superior drugs. According to The Holy Husbandman's Classic on Roots and Herbs, it says, 'it is the top-grade medicine for nourishing life according to nature, non-toxic, safe for long-term use without harming people, for those who want to lighten the body and tonifying qi, and extend life without aging,' which is very safe for dual medicinal and food use. Dr. Wei established an experimental model of identifying herbal properties based on pulse diagnosis from the beginning. From 300 commonly used drugs, he selected 20 drugs with the best 'qi' regulation. He pioneered a precise diagnosis and treatment system that matches single-pulse conditions with single-drug effects, simplifying traditional diagnosis and treatment methods, bridging pulse diagnosis and treatment directly, achieving comprehensive diagnosis and treatment in merely one step. 大家看，这就是我们的一些常用药，扶正：有气液阴阳的用药，祛邪：是郁瘀水湿痰的用药，这些药都是很常见、也非常安全的中药，每次只用三五味、零点几克，但效果真的很显著。 These are medicines commonly used in our daily practice, tonifying: applied to qi liquid Yin and Yang; eliminate pathogenic factors: applied to Stagnation, Stasis, Water, Dampness, Phlegm. These drugs are very common and very safe, every time just three to five of them, a few tenths of a gram, and the effect is remarkable.  比如，这位患者，2020年初来就诊的，左边太阳穴下长出直径约0.6公分的疣瘤，而且持续在长。中医院主任怀疑是恶性黑色素细胞瘤，家人都吓坏了，很着急想手术，但疫情期间无法安排，于是找到我们先保守治疗。她的脉象是寒热隔绝加郁瘀，治疗一个月后，疣瘤干瘪脱落，只留下一点略显灰暗的痕迹，摸上去和健康的皮肤一样光滑。三年多过去了，她的病情没有任何反复。 For example, this patient came to see me in early 2020. Under the left temple of her face, there is a wart tumor with a diameter of about 0.6cm, it is continuously growing according to the patient. The director of the Chinese medicine hospital said that it was suspected as a melanoma (malignant). The family was frightened and anxious to have an operation, but it cannot be arranged during the epidemic, so conservative treatment first. Her pulse condition indicated separation of the cold and heat, together with stagnation & stasis. After one month of treatment, wart tumor shriveled and fell off, leaving only a slightly gray mark. It feels as smooth as healthy skin and has no protrusions. It has been more than three years since then, the illness has not been repeated. 这个案例告诉我们，癌症或者其它疾病都是可以自愈的，而其自愈的基本条件，第一是增强整体的趋序力，第二是需要消除局部与整体之间的隔绝状态。 This case tells us that cancer or other diseases is self-healing, and the fundamental condition for self-healing are: firstly enhance the overall sequencing power, secondly eliminate the isolation between the part and the whole. 在历史上，东方医圣张仲景和西方医父希波革拉底都认为，人体生而具有一种自然愈病能力，疾病是可以“自愈”的。疾病不仅可以“自愈”，而且医学临床还可以使这“自愈”过程变成现实——可以进行临床操作。只要临床医学能够将关注的目光从局部病灶和局部症状那里移开，转而专注机体内环境的调控，将其随时调整到正常状态，则一切疾病的自愈是随时都有可能发生的。这是我们在振荡中医随机诊疗临床中，每时每刻都在经历的事实。 Hippocrates, the father of Western medicine, and Zhang Zhongjin, the sage of Eastern medicine, both believe that the human body is born with a natural healing capacity. Diseases can not only self-healing, but also make the process of self-healing become a reality clinically --- by carrying out clinical treatment. As long as clinical medicine can shift its focus away from local lesions and local symptoms, focus on regulation of the internal environment of human body instead, adjust it to the normal state at any time, the cure of all diseases may occur at any time. This is a fact that we are experiencing all the time in the clinical practice of random diagnosis and treatment of S TCM.
回想这十多年来的从医历程，我觉得振荡中医、振荡脉法最为独特之处就是“唯脉无症”：目中无病，才能达到不治病而愈百病的效果，而且每一次治疗都具有防病、治病、康复、抗恶、抗衰老等诸多功用。当年张仲景在写《伤寒杂病论》时，最主要的目的是为了“救逆”，救治因错误的治疗而对人体造成的伤害；“医医”，医治医生对疾病错误的认识和错误的诊疗方法。然后才是治病救人。所以“医心、医人、医医”也正是振荡中医所要达到的主要目的。希望我们的理论体系和诊疗实践能为中医文化的弘扬、世界医学的进步贡献一点绵薄之力！也由衷地恳请大家指正。祝大家身心康泰、万事如意！谢谢！ Looking back on my medical practice experience of more than one decade, I feel that “puls only no symptoms” are the most unique aspect of S TCM. Only with no symptoms in eyes could we achieve disease self-healing without treatment on the symptoms. Each and every treatment has the function of preventing, treating, rehabilitating, resisting evil, and resisting aging. When Zhang Zhongjing, the medical sage, wrote The Treatise On Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases, his main purposes were to save inversion (treating the harm caused by incorrect treatment to the body) and rectify medicine (treating the incorrect understanding and treatment methods of doctors) and then treat diseases. Treating the disease eliminating physical symptoms in humans is only the task that this practical medical system needs to accomplish. ( Therefore treat mind, treat people, rectify medicine are the goals S TCM trying to achieve.) Hope our theoretical system and clinical practice could contribute a little bit to the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine culture and the progress of world medicine.
