主机扫气箱灭火

OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR FIRE FIGHTING OF MAIN ENGINE SCAVENGEING BOX 

1.设备规格

1. Equipment specifications

1.1主机型号:DMD-MAN B&W 5G60ME-C9.5+LPSCR

1.1 M/E TypeDMD-MAN B&W 5G60ME-C9.5+LPSCR

1.2本轮扫气箱设有蒸汽灭火装置。

1.2  The scavenging box of this wheel is equipped with steam fire extinguishing device.

2. 开始前检查(主机扫气箱着火的一般现象)

2.     Check before starting (general phenomenon of the main engine scavenging box catching fire)

2.1着火缸的排烟温度升高,其余各缸的排烟温度均升高。

2.1   The exhaust gas temperature of the ignition cylinder increases, and the exhaust gas temperature of other cylinders increases.

2.2透平可能喘振,当喘振时会有烟气从透平压气端冲出。

2.2   The turbine may surge, and there will be flue gas rushing out from the compressor end of the turbine during surge.

2.3扫气箱明显发烫,扫气温度高温,着火缸的道门和扫气总管的油漆都可能因高温变色。

2.3    The scavenging box is obviously hot, the scavenging temperature is high, and the paint of the door of the ignition cylinder and the scavenging main pipe may be discolored due to high temperature.

2.4着火严重时,主机冒黑烟及转速下降。

2.4    When the fire is serious, the main engine emits black smoke and the speed drops.

2.5当扫气温度达80℃时,主机安保系统将发出警报,扫气温度达120℃时主机安保系统将使主机减速。

2.5 When the scavenging temperature reaches 80 , the security system of M/E will give an alarm, and when the scavenging temperature reaches 120 , the security syste of M/E will slow down the host.

3.操作过程

3. Operation process

3.1当确认扫气箱着火时,如果主机不能自动减速,应立即电告驾驶台和轮机长,主机转为集控室控制并尽快减速到DEAD SLOW,如火势较大,在驾驶台许可的情况下,应该停车并停辅助鼓风机。

3.1   When it is confirmed that the scavenge box is on fire, if the main engine cannot slow down automatically, the bridge and chief engineer shall be informed immediately. The main engine shall be controlled by the engine control room and decelerated to dead slow as soon as possible. If the fire is serious, the auxiliary blower shall be stopped and stopped with the permission of the bridge.

3.2为了防止火情沿放残管扩散,要关闭扫气箱放残阀。

3.2   In order to prevent the fire spreading along the drain pipe, the drain valve of the scavenge box shall be closed.

3.3停止燃油和滑油的供给。

3.3   Stop the supply of fuel and lubricating oil.

3.4打开扫气箱蒸汽灭火总阀(主机中层,两只红色标识阀)。

3.4    Open the main steam fire-extinguishing valve of the scavenge box (two red identification valves in the middle of the main engine).

3.5打开着火缸蒸汽灭火考克阀,如果有必要,可以六个缸均打开,进行灭火,同时用盘车机盘车,注意盘车机电流。

3.5    Open the steam fire-extinguishing cock valve of the fire cylinder. If necessary, all five cylinders can be opened to put out the fire. At the same time, use the turning gear to crank, and pay attention to the current of the turning gear.

3.6打开蒸汽灭火后,应注意扫气箱外围四周表面情况,探测表面温度和通过扫气箱原有的温度传感器和温度计监测扫气箱内部的温度。

3.6   After opening the steam to extinguish the fire, pay attention to the surface condition around the periphery of the scavenging box, detect the surface temperature and monitor the temperature inside the scavenging box through the original temperature sensor and thermometer of the scavenging box.

3.7如果火情不严重(如仅一两个缸着火,道门和扫气总管油漆没有明显变色)而海况不允许停车,则可只将主机油门减到DEAD SLOW, 对着火缸单缸停燃油,并适当加大着火缸气缸油注油量,以利润滑,直至待到着火缸扫气箱残油燃尽火熄,515分钟后可恢复被切断的燃油供给。

3.7  If the fire is not serious (for example, only one or two cylinders are on fire, and the paint on the door and scavenging main pipe is not discolored obviously) and the sea state is not allowed to stop, you can only reduce the engine throttle to dead slow, stop the fuel against the single cylinder of the fire cylinder, and properly increase the amount of oil injected into the cylinder of the fire cylinder to facilitate lubrication, until the residual oil in the scavenging tank of the fire cylinder burns out, and the cut-off can be recovered after 5 to 15 minutes Fuel supply.

3.8扫气箱着火和灭火操作期间,特别要注意人员安全,严禁靠近扫气箱或曲拐箱防爆门,不要正对着道门口。

3.8  Pay special attention to the safety of personnel during the fire and fire fighting operation of the scavenge box. It is strictly prohibited to approach the explosion-proof door of the scavenge box or the crank box, and do not face the door directly.

3.9在防爆门附近准备好手提灭火器,一旦发生火灾可以就地扑灭。

3.9  Prepare portable fire extinguishers near the explosion-proof door, which can be put out on site in case of fire.

4.运行中的检查

4. Inspection in operation

4.1为了防止灭火介质进入气缸后,引起活塞和缸套的意外损伤,要继续活塞和缸套的冷却,并注意温度和压力的变化情况。

4.1  In order to prevent the accidental damage of the piston and cylinder liner caused by the fire extinguishing medium entering the cylinder, continue the cooling of the piston and cylinder liner, and pay attention to the change of temperature and pressure.

5.停止使用

5. Stop using

5.1当确认扫气箱的火扑灭后,即可关闭各蒸汽阀。

5.1   After confirming that the fire in the scavenging box is put out, all steam valves can be closed.

5.2当扫气箱的温度降到100℃以下时,方可打开扫气箱道门。

5.2 When the temperature of the scavenge box drops below 100 ℃, the scavenge box door can be opened.

5.3从扫气总管和各缸扫气箱清除燃烧产物和油渣。

5.3   Remove the combustion products and oil residues from the scavenge header and scavenge tanks of each cylinder.

5.4应进行着火缸的道门检查,观察活塞头、活塞令及缸套内壁的情况,判断着火的原因,及时修复。

5.4   Check the door of ignition cylinder, observe the condition of piston head, piston rings and inner wall of cylinder liner, judge the cause of ignition and repair it in time.

5.5灭火后,如果条件不允许长久停车,而扫气箱着火时没有伴随其它的意外情况,则可以继续航行,但需要密切观察,防止再次着火,并且在到港后的第一时间打开扫气道检查清洁,并尽快查明着火原因,消除隐患。

5.5  After the fire is put out, if it is not allowed to stop for a long time under the condition, and there is no other accident when the scavenging box catches fire, it can continue to sail, but it needs to be closely observed to prevent another fire, and the scavenging channel shall be opened for inspection and cleaned at the first time after arriving at the port, and the cause of the fire shall be found out as soon as possible to eliminate the hidden danger.
