香蕉松糕(参考份量:杯状4-6杯)
材料:曼越莓15克,朗姆酒20ml,黄油55克,红糖45克,鸡蛋1个,水或牛奶50ml,香蕉1根,核桃15克,低筋面粉100克,泡打粉2克;
做法:
1)曼越莓用朗姆酒浸泡4个小时后备用,黄油放软后加入红糖打发,搅拌至红糖完全融化;
2)一点点加入鸡蛋充分搅拌;
3)香蕉碾成泥,和核桃碎、泡软的曼越莓碎一起加入,然后加水或牛奶拌匀;
4)烤箱预热180度;
5)低筋面粉和泡打粉混合过筛加入上料,倒入模具7分满,放烤箱中层,烤15-20分钟。
超级啰嗦:
**很多蛋糕中经常会加一些果仁或干果当做配料,如曼越莓、提子、蓝莓、核桃、杏仁、榛子等等,这些东西不是缺一不可的,但可以使蛋糕口感更丰富并且更有营养。果干通常会先用酒泡半天,这样风味更清香,果干更甜润。用来浸泡的酒可以选择朗姆酒、白兰地和白葡萄酒。
Banana Muffin
(makes 4-6 cups of muffin)
Ingredients:
a: cranberry: 15g, rum: 20ml;
b: butter: 15g, brown sugar: 45g,egg: 1, water or milk: 50ml, banana: 1, nut: 15g, cake flour: 100g, baking powder: 2g;
Directions:
1)A: soak the cranberries with rum for 4 hours;
2)B: put the butter at room temperature until soft, then add the brown sugar and beat this mix until brown sugar is fully melted;
3)Mash the banana, mix with the finely chopped nut and soaked cranberries;
Then add in water or milk, mix well as the mix C;
4)Preheat the oven to 180C;
5)Sift the cake flour and baking powder into the mix C that made in step 3, so the muffin mix is ready;
Pour this muffin mix into each baking mold until 7/10 full, then put the molds on the middle shelf of the oven, bake for 15-20 minutes. Finish
