(香蕉面包)Banana bread

Ingredients(材料):
30ml canola oil(30ml菜籽油)
190ml brown sugar(190ml红糖)
3 eggs(3个鸡蛋)
60ml low fat milk(低脂牛奶)
1 apple, peeled and finely grated(1个苹果,削皮并且磨得很碎)
3 medium bananas mashed(3个中等大的香蕉捣成泥)
295mlcake flour(295ml 低筋面粉 )
10ml baking powder(10ml发酵粉)
2.5ml salt(2.5ml盐)
125ml oat bran(125ml 燕麦麸)
125mlwhole-wheat(全麦粉)

Method(方法):
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
(预热烤箱180°C)
Mix the oil and sugar.
(将油和糖混合)
Add the eggs and milk to the sugar mixture and mix through.
(将鸡蛋和牛奶加到糖油混合物中混合均匀)
Add the grated apple and mashed banana to the  mixture.
(将磨碎的苹果和捣蓉的香蕉加到(上面的)混合物中)
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl and add  the whole-wheat and Oat bran.
(面粉过筛,发酵粉和盐放在另一个碗里,并加入全麦粉和燕麦麸)
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon, be careful not to over mix it.
(用木勺将干的原料和湿的原料混合,小心不要过度混合)
Pour mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake 40 - 60 minutes or until the bread is done on the inside.
(将混合物倒进涂油的条形烤盘,烤40-60分钟或者直到面包里面已经烤熟)
Allow the bread to stand for 15 minutes before removing it from the loaf tin
(在将面包从条形烤盘拿出来之前让面包放置15分钟)
