三种炸花生做法试验~~~~~

总感觉这个夏天好像少了点什么~~~~~我想~啊想,终于明白了,少的是蝉鸣声,某田笑我傻,现在还不是最热的时候,也许过几天就会有了吧~~~可是我知道自己,我怀念的不是蝉鸣声,而是~~~~~那些与蝉鸣有关的日子宫保藕丁 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>三种炸花生做法试验~~~~~

油炸花生米又香又脆,是夏天很好的下酒小食,还可以做成老醋或宫保

 

炸花生的做法~~有三种~~~~


做法1:锅里放一些油,不用太多,属于半炸半炒~~
开火的同时,把花生米放入锅里,油热后转小火,不断翻炒花生米,直到花生米的外皮变深红,立刻关火捞出来,凉透了就又酥又脆了

油炸花生米其实并不费油,但有几点要注意

俺们用的是自家扒皮剥出的花生仁,如果用超市买的,那一定要清洗干净后晾干再用
炸花生一定要小火,花生颜色改变后要及时捞出来,否则就会炸糊

 

做法2:用微波炉炸花生,加极少的油,只需三分钟就能微好一盘香脆花生

 

做法3:用烤箱烤花生,10分钟也能烤好少油健康的好吃花生

宫保藕丁(给力的微波炉炸花生版)


原料:藕、花生、油、葱姜、大蒜、干辣椒、辣椒粉、花椒、生抽、醋、糖、料酒、盐等
做法:花生米放一盘子里,倒一点油翻一下,让每颗花生米都沾上油

放微波炉里,中大火(我用的是80那档)2分钟,拿出来翻几下,让其受热均匀

再放入微波炉里中大火一分钟拿出来,晾凉即可,和油锅版的没区别,皮一秃噜就下来了,很酥脆

藕去皮后切成小丁,入开水锅焯熟,迅速过凉备用

辣椒切段,葱姜切碎,大蒜剁碎备用

锅里放一勺油,将辣椒段和花椒放进去炸香,下葱姜和大蒜末煸香

锅里加入半小勺辣椒粉,放入处理好的藕丁翻炒

宫保汁:一大勺米醋、一大勺糖、半勺生抽、适量盐、一勺料酒,少许鸡粉

将调好的宫保汁倒入锅里,翻炒均匀后,加一滴香油即可出锅

 

注意:炸花生的盘子,一定要是能耐住微波的盘子

中途拿出来翻一下,可以让花生受热均匀

完全凉透的花生才酥脆,很好去皮

微好的花生米要去皮后才能用,带着皮口感不好

藕要用开水焯一下,再放凉水里过一下,口感更爽脆,也容易炒熟
