Chinese congee: Red dates with lotus seeds and ginkgo nuts

Materials: 
30 grams of edible lily, 20 red dates, 20 grams of lotus seeds, 15 ginkgo nuts, 100 grams of rice, 75 grams of crystal sugar 

Steps: 
1. Wash the edible lily, red dates, lotus seeds, and ginkgo nuts clean;
2. Bring the water to a boil, add the lotus seeds and cook for about 10 minutes;
3. Add the edible lily, red dates, ginko nuts, and rice. Lower heat and simmer for 50 minutes;
4. Add the rock sugar and stir to dissolve.
