酸豆角炒肉末的做法详细介绍:

                                              

  1,把酸豆角洗净切成小丁待用,肉末用盐、酱油、料酒腌制20分钟,干红椒切碎,葱、姜、蒜切末


 


  2,锅中放少促油,烧热后放入葱姜蒜末和辣椒碎爆香,然后加入腌制好的肉末炒熟


 


  3,倒入酸豆角丁,翻炒均匀后加入适量盐,酱油和糖.起锅时撒少许香油即可!
