  From 10 October to 30 November, the much-anticipated season of the hairy crab returns and Grand Hyatt Beijing will be serving a wonderful hairy crab feast at Noble Court. Come over to celebrate a very special occasion and the unique diversity of crab with a special gastronomical journey.

  A selection of dishes featuring this seasonal delicacy will be prepared by Noble Court’s Chinese master chef Victor Hu and his team, using a variety of different cooking methods. All dishes retain the freshness, aroma and sweetness of the crab meat and roe.

  Known for the superb selection of seasonal hairy crab dishes prepared by chef Victor Hu, Noble Court will be serving the following highlights:

  Steamed hairy crab with sweetened ginger tea with longan and red date

  Appetiser

  Braised crab meat jelly with “Hua Diao” wine

  Soup

  Braised crab roe soup with hasma and bean curd

  Hot Dish

  Stir-fried egg white with yellow croaker fish

  Stir-fried prawn with crab roe and chrysanthemum

  Pan-fried matsutake mushroom with shrimp mousse and crab roe

  Braised Australian scallop with hairy gourd in crab roe sauce

  Dim Sum

  Braised noodles with crab roe sauce and crispy “Ying Hua” shrimp

  Steamed hairy crab meat and roe with abalone bun

  In addition to the a la carte hairy crab menu mentioned above, Noble Court will also present several exquisite crab packages. For example a luxury package is the CNY 1000 + 15% per person package:

  Truffle goose liver eel timbale in a roasted suckling pig marinate with fresh walnut and sesame oil

  Braised “KaoFu” wheat gluten with shrimp roe and bamboo shoot

  Braised imperial bird’s nest with lobster meat, crab meat and roe in brown sauce

  Braised imperial fish maw with organic rock rice

  Duo way cooked giant garoupa

  Steamed garoupa fillet with crab roe

  Boiled fish bone soup with oyster and bean curd

  Stir-fried “Hai Nan” grade 9 Wagyu beef with black garlic and asparagus
