10月1日至31日,意餐厅主厨迪耶戈邀您共享秘制烩饭,传统制作方式融入迪耶戈的精巧改良创意,为美食家们创造不一样的舌尖上的体验。


“意式烩饭制作较为方便,因此你经常能在全世界各地无论是小餐厅还是在五星级酒店都能找到,虽说方便制作,但烩饭里学问可不小,需要相当的烹饪技巧才能使烩饭更加独特。”意餐厅主厨迪耶戈介绍道。


意餐厅以其开放式厨房与优雅的用餐环境吸引无数美食家前来用餐,此次推荐烩饭菜单如下:

谈到烩饭,迪耶戈分享道:“意式烩饭既可以作为开胃品也可以作为主食的一部分。意大利烩饭的基本原料包括意大利米饭,肉汤基底,以及调味品香料例如藏红花等。将意大利饭与鲜美肉汤慢火烹饪至入味,加入适量的葡萄酒使使其香味浓郁,最后奶酪与黄油的加入让烩饭口味更具层次感。慢火烹调过程是将意大利饭与调味品香料,以及肉汤混合,尤其是藏红花的加入,并缓慢加热。”


意式烩饭制作原料不仅限于提到的这些,还可以是来自世界各地的丰富原料,特别的草药,时令鲜鱼以及种类繁多的肉类均可作为烩饭的食材,为意式烩饭添上浓墨重彩的一笔。

Risotto is not only versatile but very simple to make, hence this dish has launched into such culinary fame around the world, from home kitchens to five-star restaurants” said Da Giorgio’s Sous Chef Diego Papurello.


Known for its elegant environment and for pioneering the interactive show kitchen concept in Beijing, Da Giorgio will be serving the following highlights:


Risotto “mari e monti”,

According to Chef Diego, risotto is a simple rice dish that is served as either an appetiser or a main course. The basic ingredients include Italian rice, broth and flavourings or spices such as saffron. The Italian rice is slowly cooked with the broth and sometimes wine is added, then it is finished with fresh grated cheese and butter. This slow-cooking principle emphasises the dish’s rich flavours and spices, particularly saffron.

This hearty, warming and rich dish can be prepared using any of a wide array of ingredients, including, but not limited to, specialty herbs, seasonal fish and various meats.

The floor-to-ceiling windows make it an ideal lunch venue and in the evening, the dining room’s soft lighting creates the perfect atmosphere for romantic dinners. Da Giorgio’s kitchen specialises in preparing classic dishes and uses only the freshest seasonal produce and finest olive oils. The regional wine list changes regularly to match the dishes on offer.
