头盘:Grilled Scallop with Garlic Butter大蒜黄油烤扇贝

Ingredients材料

1 tablespoon parsley chopped
5 clove of garlic
2 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
250 gm scallops
2 ? tablespoon Olive Oil

1汤匙欧芹碎
5瓣大蒜
2汤匙黄油
1/4茶匙盐
250克扇贝
2?汤匙橄榄油

Method制作方法

1. Wash the scallop and dab dry.
2. Rinse the parsley and chop finely.
3. Minced 1 garlic. Mixed parsley, minced garlic and 2 tablespoon olive oil in a big bowl. Add the scallop and mix evenly and set a side.
4. Chop up the remaining garlic into chucks. Mixed in ? tablespoon olive oil and salt and mixed well and set aside for 15 5. mins (allow the garlic to be marinated with the salt)
5. Heat up a sauce pan, add in the chopped garlic and toast it for 2 mins (fragrance but not brown). Add in butter and allow it to melt to a slight bubbling (do not burnt it). Set a side.
6. Heat up grilling pan till very hot, grill the scallop 3 mins each side.

7. Put on serving plate, drip over with the garlic butter and some garlic chunks.

1。洗净扇贝,轻轻吸干水分。
2。欧芹洗净后,切细。
3。切碎的大蒜。混合欧芹,蒜蓉和2汤匙橄榄油放入一个大碗。加入扇贝和混合均匀并放置一旁备用。
4。把剩下的大蒜轻轻敲裂但勿碎。在?汤匙橄榄油和盐混合,腌制5分钟(允许大蒜腌制盐)
5。加热沙司锅,加入蒜茸炒2分钟(有香味但不焦)。加入黄油,让它融化略有冒泡(注意不要大火)。
6。加热煎锅到很热,煎扇贝3分钟。
7。将煎好的扇贝放在盘子中央,淋上大蒜黄油和一些大蒜块,撒上欧芹碎。即成。
