40种PSC经常检查的【船舶证书】、文件

PSC（Port State Control），港口国监控。检查的目的：港口国的政府机构或其授权者（中国为海事局）通过对外国船舶及船员技术状况及能力的（特别是有关安全与防污染方面的）检查，以保证船舶在海上的：人命和财产安全；减小污染海洋环境远洋船舶如果到国外港口未满足相关国际公约及当地的规定或要求，PSC检察官都有权扣留该船

PSC检查不仅限于检查船舶的机器、设备或是结构合理性，也会检查一些证书、文件。

以下列出了40项PSC检查中常会查到的证书或文件。【注意：仅为一些常需查到的证书文件，不包括全部，另外根据国家地区不同，时间不同，船型不同另有需要检查的项目。另外中文名叫法根据习惯不同各有不同，请以英文为准。】
