                                    众所周知,电冰箱冷藏室内温度一般是4℃-8℃,这个温度对于大多数细菌的生长繁殖具有抑制作用,但对于李斯特杆菌来说,此时生长繁殖最快,人们如果吃了该细菌污染的食品,就会引起食物中毒。此病的潜伏期一般为8-24小时最容易引起中毒的食品主要有四种,即牛奶及乳制品;肉类(特别是牛肉食品);蔬菜和色拉;水产品等。
                                    科学家曾做过这样的实验:将痢疾杆菌冷藏到冰中,100天后进行化验,发现此菌仍然生存着。然后,又将伤寒杆菌进行同样的实验,150天之后化验,此菌照样维持生命。科学家还发现,把每毫升含有50万个伤寒杆菌的冰激凌冷冻了两年零四个月以后,再进行化验,发现每毫升冰激凌中还有6000个有繁殖.电冰箱门上的密封条上的微生物达十几种之多,这些微生物的存在,很容易导致人本各种疾病。其清理办法为:用酒精浸过的干布擦拭密封条,效果最佳。
                                    经常去除电冰箱内的异味。电冰箱使用时间过长又未做到及时清理,就会出现难闻的异味,这是由于电冰箱内各种物品的混装造成的。要想彻底去除
                                    异味,应尽可能做到随买随吃,冰箱内的物品贮存时间不要过长。贮存时间过长,既影响食品的鲜美又易产生异味。因此,物品贮存最好不超过一个月。
                                    经常清理电冰箱内的剩饭。可以说每个家庭的电冰箱冷藏室内都存有剩菜剩饭,这一方面容易使电冰箱内的物品串味;另一方面冷藏室并非无菌室,剩

                                                                冰箱里食物摆放的学问:
                                                                    1.适合放在冰箱门架上:有包装但开了封、本身不会在一两天内变坏的食品,如番茄酱、沙拉酱、芝麻酱、海鲜酱、
                                                                    奶酪、黄油、果酱、果汁等,以及鸡蛋、咸鸭蛋等蛋类食品。
                                                                    2.适合放在上层靠门处:直接入口的熟食、酸奶、甜点等。储存这些食品时,应避免温度过低,并防止生熟食品交
                                                                    叉污染,所以不宜放在下层。
                                                                    3.适合放在上层后壁处:剩饭菜、剩豆浆、包装豆制品等。由于这些食物容易滋生细菌,稍低于0℃的温度最合适。
                                                                    4.适合放在下层靠门处:各种蔬菜及苹果、梨等温带水果,而且要用保鲜袋装好,以免因温度过低而导致冻坏。
                                                                    5.适合放在下层后壁处:没有烹调熟,但又需要低温保存的食品,如水豆腐、盐渍海带丝等,以及有严密包装不怕
                                                                    交叉污染的食品,还有等着慢慢化冻的食品,适合存放在最冷的地方,比如下层后壁处。 
                                                                    6.适合放在保鲜盒里:排酸冷藏肉,半化冻的鱼、鲜虾等海鲜类。由于水产品中的细菌往往耐低温,温度稍高容易
                                                                    加速其繁殖,而保鲜盒既可起到隔离作用,避免交叉污染,又具有保温功效,避免频繁开关冰箱门产生的温度波动。

                                                                                1.将燃烧过的蜂窝煤完整地取出,放入冰箱内(当然,为了使冰箱内干净,你可以把它放在一个盘子里),放置一两天后即可去异味。
                                                                                    2.蒸馒头时剩一小块生面,把生面放在碗里,再放到冰箱冷藏室上层,可以使冰箱2至3个月内都没有异味。
                                                                                    3.用纱布包50克茶叶放入冰箱,一个月后取出放在太阳下暴晒,再装入纱布放进冰箱,反复使用,也可以去除冰箱异味。
                                                                                    4.用一条干净纯棉毛巾,折叠整齐放冰箱上层网架边,毛巾上的微细孔可吸附冰箱中的气味,过段时间将毛巾取出用温水洗净,晒干后又可使用。
                                                                                    5.将几块新鲜的橘子皮洗净揩干,散放在冰箱里,橘子皮的清香味也可以去除冰箱里的怪味。
                                                                                    6.把一个柠檬切成两半,不要覆盖保鲜膜。把柠檬放在冰箱冷藏柜的上层,柠檬散发的清香味可以在一周内把冰箱里的怪味驱除殆尽。
                                                                                    7.把几块竹炭放到冰箱的冷藏柜里,竹炭特有的多孔结构,可以迅速吸收冰箱里的异味。用一段时间后,把竹炭拿出来在阳光底下晒干,就可以
