240克黄油(室温) 200克砂糖 1个柠檬(榨汁) 3个鸡蛋(稍大的) 300克低筋粉 12克泡打粉 1 、预热烤箱至170°C/170℃。 2 、黄油+砂糖打发。 3、分次加入鸡蛋,同时分次少量加入面粉。 4 、最后加入剩下的面粉,泡打粉,在加入柠檬汁。 5、把拌匀的混合物倒入6寸磅蛋糕模具。 6、烘烤约60分钟,至表面金黄色。 当然不止于制作裸蛋糕,还可以是这样滴 也可以使这样滴,早餐或下午茶都是超棒的选择 也可以做成火到一塌糊涂的韩式裱花蛋糕上 撒粉的瞬间永远是如此的带劲! 通常就是这样滴(应用最多的就是这裸蛋糕了) 表私藏·要分享
