导语

颈静脉孔区位置深在且富含重要神经血管结构，因此该部位的手术向来是颅底外科中最复杂的领域，也是神经外科、耳鼻喉科、颌面外科等多学科交叉的范畴。病变的性质和累及的范围是选择手术入路的决定性因素。该区域的手术入路大致分为：后方入路（乙状窦后-远外侧-经髁入路）、外侧入路（耳后经颞入路）、前外侧入路（耳前颞下-颞下窝入路）、前方入路（内镜下经鼻入路）。本集视频，由Rhoton教授的挚友，颈静脉孔区的神外大师级专家Jon Robertson主讲，其针对颈静脉球瘤，着眼每一个解剖标志和手术技巧，详细阐述这一区域最为常用的入路——耳后经颞入路，这也是全系列中第一次结合实际手术录像进行的讲解。而其中或许存在一些不同于耳鼻喉科的理念和观点，也欢迎其他学科的同道们加入讨论。
