2、pollution prevention: vessel crew have only been recording transfers of 40 liters from bilge wells to bilge tank approximately once every 3 weeks. this does not correspond to the actual observed conditions of the vessel. multiple leaks were observed in the e/r and all bilge wells had continuous water ingress. no record of the oil filtering equipment was found since jan 2017. the actual quantity retained in bilge tank (2.5m3) does not match the quantity last recorded in the oil record book (1.7m3).,船员记录每三周向污水舱驳运40L污水井污水，这和船上的实际情况不符，据观察，该轮机舱部位漏水严重。自2017年1月没有油水分离器的使用记录，污水柜实际量为2.5立方米，油类记录薄记录为1.7立方米，两者不匹配；
