平面按揉法
用刮痧板角部的平面以小于15°角按压在穴位上,做柔和缓慢得旋转运动,刮痧板角部平面始终不离开皮肤,刮痧板的着力点与刮痧板上面的手指腹,板下按揉的穴位,三点在一条线上,按揉压力应渗透至皮下组织或肌肉。
