很多同学在准备四六级时有个误区，那就是把翻译留到最后才写，结果因为在其他题型上花了过多时间，还没写完翻译，答题卷就被老师收走了……

如图所示，听力和仔细阅读分值最高，翻译和作文一样，所占分值并列第2！ 但是很多同学最后只顾着背作文模板，考试时在完型和长篇阅读上花费大量时间，结果翻译题目都没看就考完了。
这样能过吗？
因此，知米妞强烈建议大家，从战术上重视翻译，优化做题顺序：  完型→ 长篇阅读 → 仔细阅读 → 翻译
 仔细阅读 → 长篇阅读 → 翻译 → 完型
仔细阅读 → 翻译 → 长篇阅读 → 完型
总之要在战略上重视翻译，逼不得已可以放弃选词填空，但万万不能放弃翻译！！
准备材料： 翻译真题！翻译真题！翻译真题！ 不建议大家再去翻译阅读！要记住，真题才是最直接、最高效、最有针对性的，其他的都是拓展训练，而不是针对应训练，并不能保证效果！而且真题中很多句式都是相通的，训练多了就会发现，只是词汇变了，句式都是熟悉的。
到这最后关头了，各位同学可得合理安排时间，分清轻重缓急，老老实实直接做真题！不要想着用其他方法“曲线过级”了！
不同基础的同学，分别应采用的方法： A.基础还OK的同学（能勉强表达原意，但有部分语言或细节错误）
方法A： 1，先花一周时间，把翻译真题做完，并校正答案(剩两套整的考前模拟）。 2，再花3天归纳整理，分析自己翻译时容易出现的错误（是语法结构还是词汇还是翻译语序），把类似的话题中出现的话题词汇、句型归纳总结好，重点记忆几个常见的模板句型，以保证下次出现类似话题时，能马上写出来。 3，总结翻译写作中可能出现的热点词，并记录 基础OK的同学，认真做好这三步，就能找到四六级翻译规律，基本应对考试。
B.基础较差的同学（翻译不了几句，自己都觉得自己在瞎诹的，或者每句话都有错误） 以上两个步骤后，再加上背诵、默写的环节。
方法B： 4，优先背容易出错的句型，及特指名词。 5，背完后一定要默写，只有一笔一划写过后，你才知道自己真正记住了多少，上考场时能写 编出多少。
1,积累词汇（尤其是中国传统文化方面的词汇）
四六级翻译大换血之后就大走“中国风”，历年真题中曾出现过的中国元素有: 中国结、手工艺人、团聚、中国园林、园林景观、皇室成员、造纸、火药、指南针、印刷术、瓷器、道家儒家、宋朝唐朝明朝等等, 看似熟悉却无法翻译出来，其实它们都有其固定的标准翻译。因此需要扩大知识面，尽量记住这些特殊名词。
2,多积累固定表达 四六级翻译的句式具有重复出现的特点。比如说关于中国传统文化类的翻译，会反复用到这些表达，因此我们可以把这些表达变成模板句型来掌握。（别急，下文有模板）
3，积累常用的加分句式 翻写中经常会用的语法知识点有：定语从句、分词作状语（尤其是独立结构）、插入语、定语后置、it 做形式主语。建议语法基础不好的同学，先复习这几个知识点，这样做题时会容易很多。
4，意译 而有的词或短语则可以采用灵活变通的方法进行“意译”。 比如“皇室成员”可以直译成royal family，也可意译为：the emperor’s family，或者 the king‘s family。掌握基础词汇后，灵活多变、曲线救国也不失为翻译的策略之一。
5，注意汉英语言差异 写完翻译对完答案时，要注意英语与中文之间的结构差异和语序差异。
注意事项：
1，话题词汇不需要死记硬背，这种生活化的词汇完全可以用联想法记忆，边背边回忆相关图片或者场景。（如背诵“长江”时，脑海中想象长江奔流到海的情景，再随手画两笔，图文并茂帮助记忆）；
2，写完一定一定一定要记得检查单复数、时态、语态以及各种拼写问题，减少因粗心带来的失分。
3，很多重点句式和作文里的是相通的，有意识的将翻译与写作联系起来，可以起「四两拨千斤」的作用，大大提高学习效率。
4，最后5天做计时练习，训练翻译瞎编速度。最好把时间控制在25分钟以内。

根据大纲要求，翻译题一段有5~8个汉语句子，含140-160字的汉字。翻译内容涉及——中国传统文化、旅游活动、历史事件、经济政治、社会发展等相关的词汇。事实上，比起考研的英译汉，四六级还是简单很多。
