【原】大批量灭火器正在召回的路上，附送常见缺陷

根据USCG最新一期海事安全警告，警告中提示kidde品牌的灭火器存在重大安全隐患，需要召回，此次找回涉及400000000个，包括134个型号。该批灭火器是kidde公司在1973.1.1——2017.8.15生产的，首批召回2009年3月至2015年2月生产的灭火器。这批灭火器瓶体颜色为红色、白色或银色。可以用来扑灭ABC或BC类火灾。

各位PSCO注意了，如果船上配载有这种类别的灭火器，请提示相关方妥善处理。此次首批召回涉及两个类别：

第一个类别是塑料把手的灭火器。这个类别的灭火器，所有2007年以后生产的灭火器序列号为10位，该编码印在灭火器的品牌标签和筒体上。其中第5到第9位代表日和年，格式为DDDYY。00212至（代表2017年1月2日生产）至22712（代表2017年8月15日生产）编码的灭火器需召回。

  第二种召回类型是：塑料压力开关式灭火器。召回涉及1995年8月11日至2017年9月22日生产的9个类别的产品。该类产品缸体为红色或白色带着一个红色或黑色的喷嘴。一般为家用或船只使用。
