01 开电脑

open the computer ×

turn on the computer √

"open"这个“打开”，指的是“打开箱子”，“打开瓶盖”那种打开，如果跟上电脑，别人会以为你要把电脑拆开。

02 关电脑

close the computer ×

shut down the computer √

turn off the computer √

如果用close的话，表示把电脑的盖子合上。

03 fire up the computer

烧电脑 ×

打开电脑 √

即使现在用电灯，很多中国人还有“把灯点亮”“把灯熄了”的习惯。外国也一样，打开电器还喜欢用fire up，不是“烧”，仅仅是打开开关。
