Well, I won’t really pay much attention to my health, most of the articles about health enjoy deliberately exaggerating things, so as to create a sensation. I just don’t know which one I should trust just one time, when I was flicking on my phone, and a saw an article about the harm of eating instant noodles. There’s the fact that most instant noodles servings contain over 100 milligrams of sodium---that’s approaching half of the maximum you should have per day. When people take in that much sodium in a single sitting, your body overcompensates by holding more water. This can cause temporary water weight gain, leaving you feeling bloated and lacking in energy.

And we won’t feel full at that time, since the noodles contain make lots of refined carbohydrates with virtually no protein or fiber, it’s essentially the very definition of empty calories. And eating too much can lead the blood sugar to increase and then decrease, leaving us hungry and ready to eat again, which leads to weight gain. Most upsetting of all, this quick and easy meal may stay with us much longer than we realize. For those who eat instant noodles at least twice a week would have a higher risk of diabetes and heart disease than those who ate more consistently natural diet. Eating instant noodles once in a while won’t damage your health, but it’s not something we should make a habit of. For the stomach and heart’s sake.
