所以本期就特请美国恒祥咨询的小伙伴，通过大数据分析，找出最近3年发表个案报告（case report(s)）或病例系列(case series)的神经科期刊。分析机构：Healsan Consulting LLC（美国恒祥咨询公司）个案报告或者病例系列是医生之间交流和相互学习的重要途径。设计的主题包括：罕见病例、提示不同发病机制的特殊病例、罕见症状、特殊的治疗方法、药物罕见不良反应、罕见解剖结构、罕见家族等等。
个案报告/病例系列经常是临床新发现的基础。但在循证医学的背景下，却因位于临床证据的底层而被忽视。不过，个案报告加上文献复习就会使研究更加丰满，证据变得更充分，部分杂志可以论著发表；而病例系列如果加上分组和统计分析，则会升级为病例-对照研究。Medline数据库已经收录了从2019年起神经科发表的5,361篇个案报告或病例系列。分析显示，美国发表的该领域个案最多，其次是中国、日本、意大利和德国。发表神经科个案报告/病例系列的SCI期刊中，最多的是BMC Neurol，其次是Front Neurol、Medicine (Baltimore)、Neurol Sci、World J Clin Cases等期刊。特别需要注意的是，期刊标记为IF=0意味着该期刊没有被SCI收录。这些期刊的影响因子、分区以及从投稿到接受的天数如下。我们也勾出了相对来说接受速度比较快的期刊。
