摘 要 学生评教是高校教学质量管理的一项重要制度和内部质量保障体系的重要环节。当前,学生评教存在理念落后、主体失语、指标失当、反馈缺位、管理粗放等问题。通过解读“病”因,高校可以从培育积极向上的质量文化、提高评教指标的认知度、提高学生评教的参与度、实现评教手段的多样化、提升评教结果的利用率等方面加以改进。 关键词:学生评教;学生为中心;教学质量;诊断 《教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》明确提出:“把人才培养水平和质量作为评价大学的首要指标,突出学生中心、产出导向、持续改进……形成以提高人才培养水平为核心的质量文化。”当前高等教育市场化和“以学生为中心”的价值取向盛行,使得来自学生的声音越来越受到重视。[1]学生评教制度作为高校教学质量管理的一项重要制度和内部质量保障体系的重要环节,已成为国内外高校开展教学质量监控最普遍、最典型的抓手,为教育教学改革提供了参照。然而,高校现行的学生评教与改进课堂教学、提升教学质量的现实需求仍有一定的距离。本文尝试从以学生为中心的视角对高校学生评教工作进行诊断,并提出可行对策。 01 问题与困惑 评教理念落后 2 评教主体失语 3 评教指标失当 4 评教反馈缺位 5 评教管理粗放 02 “病”因与解读 培育积极向上的质量文化 2 提高评教指标的认知度 3 提高学生评教的参与度 4 实现评教手段的多样化 5 提升评教结果的利用率 参考文献 [1] 王建中,刘畅,吴瑞林 .学生评教何去何从—基于美国、欧洲、澳洲 4 所大学的分析[J]. 中国高教研究,2018(10):87-91.
