十二、倡议书

倡议书属于应用文的一种，是为倡议或是发起某项活动而写的号召性的公开提议性的专用文体。倡议书一般由标题、称呼、正文、结尾、落款五部分组成。具体写作结构如下：

1．With the development/wide spread of...，more and more people...

随着……的发展/广泛传播，越来越多的人……

2．Currently，there is an unpleasant phenomenon of...in society.

目前，社会上有一种令人不愉快的……现象。

3．As we know，...is of great importance for us.

正如我们所知，……对我们来说非常重要。

4．Besides，doing...is also beneficial/harmful to...

此外，做……对……来说也是有益/害的。

5．Only if we do...，can we...

只有当我们做……，我们才能……

6．It is high time that we did/should do...Let’s take action right now.

是时候该我们做……了。 让我们立即采取行动吧。

假定你是学生会主席李华，你所在的城市刚发布了《电动自行车安全管理条例》。请你代表学生会写一封倡议书，呼吁同学们在骑电动自行车时佩戴头盔。内容包括：
