正常胃底腺黏膜 胃底腺主要分布于胃底与胃体,组成细胞如下: (图片截取自《从基础学起胃癌病理》) -主细胞:基底部深紫色(嗜碱),呈立方至柱状,核位于基底,分泌消化酶(如胃蛋白酶原) -壁细胞:呈淡粉色(嗜酸),核位于中央,分泌盐酸和内因子 (泌酸腺包括三种细胞:壁细胞、主细胞、粘液颈细胞) 各组成细胞的免疫组化表达 (图片截取自《从基础学起胃癌病理》)
日本学者将胃底腺粘膜上皮性病变(GEN-FGML)分为三型:
泌酸腺腺瘤(Oxyntic gland adenoma, OGA) (泌酸腺腺瘤;C:主细胞为主型;D:壁细胞为主型;E:混合型;F:复层核型)
KEYNOTE
