Wring project 2

Describe a place  you are familiar with.  Write a descriptive paragraph with vivid language, also use transitions to enhance writing.

Above is a picture of downtown Calgary. It is early morning, the rising sun paints the sky with different shades  of orange. Office buildings-big and small-are all standing up straight and tall, as if they want to reach the orange sky above.  The Bow river winds through downtown Calgary calmly,  forming an elegant bow shape on its way. Probably this is how the river gets its name. Lush greenery Prince Island Park sits between the Bow river and the office buildings. To the left of the park, Center Street Bridge flies across the river. On the bridge, there are two muscular stone lions staring at the north to whom I greet every morning.
