近日偶获些许桃核雕刻作品。几经周折得以拜访清代桃核雕刻技艺传人。老先生年逾九旬。最年轻的徒弟也过耳顺之年。说起祖上传下来的这门手艺，老先生不禁感慨，时至今日，家里年轻的孩子都去了北上广深打拼，无人愿意踏踏实实做手艺活，这门老祖宗留下的技艺也不得传承下去… Recently I got some Taohe (seed of peach) carving workmanship. This skill which we can barely see in our time comes of the Qing Dynasty. And finally I have visited the the last Taohe carving heirs who is over ninety years old. Even his youngest apprentice is also sixties. Speaking of this ancestral craft, he cannot help but no one is willing to inherit steadfastly craft activities in today's society.
