在ESG报告中，S(Social)部分会有大篇幅的内容讲“员工”，其中常涉及到的“员工”包括“临时员工”“长期员工”“兼职员工”“全职员工”等。“员工”一词一般译为“employee”，“临时员工”“长期员工”“兼职员工”“全职员工”等，可能出现多种译法。本文从GRI标准中整理了这几个词的相关译法。
1.员工 员工 根据国家法律或惯例，与组织存在雇佣关系的个人 employee individual who is in an employment relationship with the organization according to national law or practice 2. 临时员工 签订有限期合同（即固定期限合同），且合同在特定时期届满或有附加时间估计的特定任务或事件完成时（例如，项目结束或被替换的员工返回）终止的员工 temporary employee employee with a contract for a limited period (i.e., fixed term contract) that ends when the specific time period expires, or when the specific task or event that has an attached time estimate is completed (e.g., the end of a project or return of replaced employees) 3. 长期员工 长期员工 签订不定期合同，从事全职或兼职工作的员工 permanent employee employee with a contract for an indeterminate period (i.e., indefinite contract) for full-time or part-time work 4. 兼职员工 兼职员工 每周、每月或每年工作小时数少于全职员工的员工 part-time employee employee whose working hours per week, month, or year are less than the number of working hours for full-time employees 5. 全职员工 全职员工 每周、每月或每年工时是根据有关工作时间的国家法律或惯例确定的员工 full-time employee employee whose working hours per week, month, or year are defined according to national law or practice regarding working time 5. 非保证工时员工 非保证工时员工 不保证每天、每周或每月的最低或固定工作时间，但可能需按要求工作的员工 如：临时员工、签订零工时合同的员工、待命员工 non-guaranteed hours employee employee who is not guaranteed a minimum or fixed number of working hours per day, week, or month, but who may need to make themselves available for work as required Examples: casual employees, employees with zero-hour contracts, on-call employees 来源：译问 |
