叉烧烤鸡腿

原料:鸡大腿 土豆  酱油  料酒  蜂蜜  胡椒粉  叉烧酱等

 

步骤:鸡大腿用牙签扎些眼,然后用两大勺酱油、半勺盐、一勺蜂蜜,一点胡椒粉把鸡腿腌起来,放冰箱里一夜

      土豆去皮,切片

    土豆片摆放在铺了锡纸的烤盘里,注意锡纸表面涂层油

    鸡腿表面刷一层叉烧酱(我比较喜欢这味道  )放在土豆上面,放入烤箱中层,250度,一面烤20分钟后,翻面继续烤20分钟,再翻面10分钟

当时为了加快烤制速度,我不得不在鸡腿表面拉上几刀,下手太重了,面目全非了偶尔放纵一下 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>叉烧烤鸡腿
