During this revolution, indicator cocks and drains should be checked for water being present in any cylinder. 在起动前，主机至少要用盘车机盘车1周，此时主机的所有示功阀打开；同时，密切注意盘车机安培计的负荷。在盘车过程中，还要注意检查每个气缸的示功阀和泄放阀有无漏水现象。 （2）冲车 After the turning gear has been disengaged and prior to turning the engine slowly on air, a test is required in order to confirm all the air start valves are seating correctly. The procedure for the pre-start test is as follows: 在主机脱开盘车机后，空气缓慢冲车前，为了确认所有的空气起动阀处在正确位置，必须进行预起动测试。其具体步骤如下： a. Set maneuvering controls in the stop position 把操纵控制设定在停止位置 b. Ensure turning gear is correctly disengaged 确保盘车机已完全脱开 c. Check all cylinder cover indicator cocks are open 检查所有气缸盖的示功阀都已打开 d. Shut off air supply to the air starting distributor 切断空气起动分配器的空气供给 e. Open isolating valves between the starting air receivers and the engine 打开空气瓶与主机之间的总阀 f. Open the air starting master valve 打开空气起动的主启动阀 g. Operate the engine controls to allow starting air flow to the engine and pressurize the system 起动主机操车控制，使起动空气进入主机，系统压力增加 h. Check for leakage of air into the cylinder by observing indicator cocks and sound at the start valves 注意测试主机示功阀、起动阀有无声响，依次检查进入气缸的空气有无泄漏 i.
