养生音乐

养生先养心，心养则寿长。常保持心理平衡的人，五脏淳厚、气血匀和、阴平阳秘，所以能健康长寿。心理平衡是健康长寿的基石，对于现代都市人来说，谁拥有了心理平衡谁就拥有了健康和长寿。“养心”就是拥有心理平衡的重要方法。何谓“养心”？《黄帝内经》认为是“恬虚无”，即平淡宁静、乐观豁达、凝神自娱的心境。



　　现代心理学研究认为，音乐的频率、强度和节奏传入人体的听觉中枢神经后，可以引起各种不同的共鸣反应，激发机体的潜能，使某些部位相应地由静止状态而转变为动态，以发挥一种物理性的治疗作用。特别是中国的古典音乐，曲调柔和舒缓，旋律优美动听，能使人忘却烦恼，开阔胸襟，促进身心健康。


　　书可以养心，音乐亦然。以音乐浸润、冲刷疲惫的身心，接收优美、和谐的音波讯息，感受音乐与身心的共鸣，达到减压、养心之效。



　　音乐对于人的情绪和行为都有着不同程度的影响，养心音乐根据声音对人肯定是有影响的原理，旨在从听、观、尝、嗅、触五个感官入手，用音乐洗刷心和灵，用正面的“声脉冲”重新启发身体处于负状态或假寐状态的器官。音乐对于人的身体神奇作用的方方面面直到现在仍是科学无法全盘解释的，适当的音乐能让身体的状态由内而外在不经意中得到引导和改善。


　　近年来，中华中医学会著名的张辰赓教授在医疗保健工作中运用民族乐曲，受到道教和佛教的思想熏陶，追寻吐故纳新，天人合一的至高境界，开出“音乐处方”，让身心得以调整，达到最佳的心理平衡状态，为古代的绝音注入新的生命的力作，也是我国现今推出的第一部原创健康音乐。
