What you seesometimes in dramas or movies where students beating up up other students isvery rare. What you have is psychological one. It can a simple giving younicknames, writing stuff on your textbook, sending you messages through somekind of sns etc, or just a simply 無視,which means to ignore. The verdict? Not so much evidence. 首先，物理上地欺凌很少见。你在电视剧或者电影里看到地那种学生围殴学生的事情非常少。心理上地欺凌才是比较常见的。有些是单纯给你起外号，在你课本上写东西，用sns软件给你发（不好的）讯息之类的事，有些则是直接无视你。投诉？证据不够啊。 Second, the school's attitude. Many people believe (I was alsoone of them) that Japanese people doesn't tell their problems to anyone, theyjust keep it them for themselves. That is more or less true to adults (againnot all of them) but for children... ooh boy they complain a lot: to friends,to families, to teachers etc... It is in every child's nature to ask somethingwhich they don't understand. If they get beaten they don't understand: what didI do wrong or something like that... So they tell, the problem is... Let ustalk about the school: to put it simply there are schools where fame is moreimportant than the well being of the students. So even if a student reports abullying case, they simply ignore it. We can't have something in our preciousschool... or some other bullshit. 其次，学校的态度是个问题。很多人都相信（我也曾是其中一个）日本人不喜欢告诉别人他们的麻烦，他们把麻烦留在心中不说。这个观念对成年人（并非所有）大概是没问题的，但是对小孩。。。小孩抱怨可多了！他们给朋友，给家庭，给老师和各种人抱怨。当遇到不懂的事情就问是小孩的天性。如果他们被别人打了但不明白他们到底做错了什么，他们就会说出来，问题是，让我们谈谈学校吧。简单来说，有些学校把名声置于学生的福祉之上。就算一个学生报告了自己被欺负的事情，他们直接无视。“我们这样的好学校可不会发生这样的事情”。  I hope that one day Japan will issue some laws against bullying.For example I would suspend bullies from school for let us say a few weeks. Ofcourse their names would be announced in the school bulletin. Yes I know,personal rights and blablabla, but if someones is doing it for purpose... welljust be ready to face the consequences. And if the bullying leads to some kindof injury then... expel them from the school, transfer them to an another onebut with a nice long ,,recommendation letter' which explains the situationto the teachers. But then again, easier said to be done... 我希望有一天日本能出台一些法律来管制欺凌。比如将欺凌者停学几周。当然他们的名字会被学校公布。我知道你们会扯什么人权之类的玩意儿，但是如果某个人故意去欺负别人，就该做好被惩罚的觉悟。如果欺凌导致了学生受到物理伤害，直接开除，把他们转到其他学校，但是要附上一封长长的“推荐信”，将发生的事情告诉新学校的老师。然而，说起来容易做起来难。 Ps.: sorry for my English, it is not my mother language (原作者的)PS：不好意思我英文很烂，英文不是我母语。 |
