a． 上皮下毛细血管网（subepithelial capillary network ; SECN）

b． 集合细静脉（collecting venule ; CV）

c． 微小血管（microvessel ; MV）

表面细微结构（microsurface pattern ; S）

a． 腺窝边缘上皮（marginal crypt epithelium ; MCE）

b． 腺管开口部（crypt opening ; CO）

c． 窝间部（intervening part ; IP）

d． LBC（light blue crest）

e． 白色不透明物质（white opaque substance ; WOS）

诊断标准

①或/和②所见，诊断为癌，除此之外考虑非癌病变

　①irregular MV pattern with a DL．

　②irregular MS pattern with a DL．

注意事项

对于呈褪色调的表面平坦型病变和表面凹陷型病变，VS classifcation system有局限性。

有时，在癌・非癌的诊断上，附加：高确信度或低确信度
