多图,看仔细喽!舱口盖这个滞留大杀器,PSC是这么用的……

舱口盖是世界各地PSC的常规滞留手段,土澳查到的尤为仔细。

有的朋友留言让老编帮忙捋一捋,本期咱们就弄一弄。

舱口盖的PSC公约检查依据来源于SOLAS第XII章第7条:散货船的检验和维护保养,该条引入了MSC.169(79) 决议,该决议详细规定了散货船舱口盖的检查的要点,老编把这份文件的中英文版放在文末,方便需要的朋友使用。

通读这份决议并结合PSCO开具的缺陷,我们可以把关于舱口盖的缺陷详细分为五类,如果大家在这五个方面都做得很好了,相信PSC在舱口盖这个项目上,对你的船基本没招了。

排名第1的滞留手段非货舱盖紧固装置——securing arrangement莫属。

货舱盖紧固装置由于常年使用,工况恶劣,经常会出现锈蚀、垫圈老化、加不紧等现象。

常见缺陷描述举例:

1.No.1 and No.2 cargo hatches unable to be secured for upcoming voyage by hatch securing mechanisms. PSCO has reasonable grounds that all cargo hatches are unable to be secured effectively.(1号、2号舱盖不能锁紧,PSCO有理由相信所有的舱盖都不能被锁紧)

2. Hatch cover panel cross joint securing arrangements wasted, inoperative or missing.(舱盖锁紧装置缺失或者故障)

3. No.1 hatch cover cannot be closed properly due to the front edge of the No.1 hatch cover being deformed. And total 8 pcs of hatch cover cleats missing.(由于1号舱盖变形,1号舱关不严,8个舱盖锁紧装置缺失)

4. Hatch cover panel cross joint securing arrangements wasted, inoperative or missing.(舱盖锁紧装置锈蚀、老化或缺失)

排名第2位的是:舱口围锈蚀、烂穿,密封胶条缺失。

常见缺陷描述举例:

1.Hatch coaming for No.1 and No.2 C/H - had a lot of holes.(1号、2号舱围多出洞穿)

2. Cargo Hatch rubber packing defective - Cargo Hatch 5P Aft, 3P Aft, 3P Fwd. and 5S Aft. (舱盖胶条压损坏)

排名第3位的是:舱盖开合的液压系统漏油,或者液压管线锈蚀严重,舱盖轨道链条损坏。

常见缺陷描述举例:

1.Cargo Hatch 5 Port Hydraulic Motor Defective - Leaking Oil(5号舱左舷液压马达故障)

2. Cargo Hold No. 2,3,4- Hatch Cover operating hydraulic jacks (aft) and CH1 hatch cover operating hydraulic jacks (Fwd starboard) showing sign of oil leakage.(2/3/4号舱舱盖液压系统漏油)

3. PS and SBS end hinges covers of cargo hold No.5 were found damaged and not properly maintained. Furthermore was found a fairlead roller cracked and holed due to corrosion.(5号舱铰链状况差,导向滑轮开裂、锈蚀)

排名第4位的是:舱口围排水通道堵塞,泄水阀损坏。

需要注意的是,舱盖密封条内侧的排水管,应设有止回阀,防止海水倒灌。

常见缺陷描述举例:

1. Cargo hatch coaming channel Non-Return drains defective.(舱口泄水阀故障)

2. Cargo holds drain pipes non-return valves missing.(货舱泄水管止回阀丢失)

排名第5的是:进入舱内通道的人孔盖不严、螺母缺失,关不严。

常见缺陷描述举例:

1. Entrance hatches to cargo holds, not properly closing. Sash locks stucker, movable only by hammer & other tools, partly not fitting to frame, handwheels for locking system stucked.(舱口人孔不能关严,锁闭手轮卡死)

2. On several manholes one or more screws or nuts missing; most wingnuts on hatches and similar found self-made, corroded, partly broken(多个人孔盖螺栓丢失,很多螺母是船上自己制造的并且已经锈蚀)

3.The manhole leading to void space on the forward mooring station was found not properly closed. Several bolts and nut are missing.(进入空仓的人孔盖螺母丢失)

4. Found on several cargo hold entrances the hatches damaged: Inner frame (touching rubber gasket) partly rusted away. Instead found duck tape simulating the frame. On Forecastle manhole to bosun store on all toggles found self made wingnuts, partly broken.(多处人孔损坏)

5.No.5 hatch manhole cover cannot keep weathertight.(5号人孔盖关不能保持风雨密,应该是位置2上的人孔盖)
