放假了,食堂关门了,外面饭点也几乎不做饭了,可俺们这些需要值班的同志咋办呢,从好几天前我就带饭盒上班了,这么麻烦非我所愿,哎,怪只怪那天在常吃的饭馆里吃午饭,要了份茄子竟然微微发酸,包子也感觉不对劲,拉丝好不好~~~老板娘言辞闪烁,我就知道这一定是前一天没卖了的饭,买的人少了他们卖不完也不能倒啊,哎,开玩笑,姐就成了你们的垃圾桶了啊,常吃的店尚且如此,其他的更别说了,姐我还是自己做吧香菇鸡翅VS煎茄条盒饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天带饭的那些123香菇鸡翅VS煎茄条盒饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天带饭的那些123

 

其实我带的饭挺简单,某一天是土豆烧肉和鸡蛋虾仁配米饭,还有一天是黄瓜肉馅饺子(太后包的速冻的)香菇鸡翅VS煎茄条盒饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天带饭的那些123带一个芒果,另一天是香菇鸡翅和香煎茄条,没时间全部拍,呵呵,就挑一天吧~~~我记得每天都是差不多快到六点开始做的,六点四十连带早饭全部做好,菜凉透就了装起来,吃了早饭七点五分正好出门香菇鸡翅VS煎茄条盒饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天带饭的那些123

 

香菇鸡翅VS香煎茄子

 

原料:香菇八朵、鸡全翅4只、葱姜、料酒、盐、生抽、老抽、糖等

做法:鸡翅膀清洗干净,斩成小块,将血水冲洗干净(我买的鸡翅是市场上鲜的,不是冷冻的,会有血水)

香菇清洗干净去掉底部,葱切断,姜切片

鸡翅上划几刀更容易成熟和入味,鸡翅用料酒和一部分葱姜腌制去腥十分钟

香菇切两半,鸡翅冲洗干净准备做

锅里放一点点油,下鸡翅煎一下,两面煎,煎到鸡翅收缩,鸡油渗出,下葱姜

倒入适量老抽调色,生抽提味,倒入香菇一起翻炒,加入一碗开水,少许糖,开始炖

直炖到鸡翅熟烂,汤汁收紧,加适量盐调味即可,做鸡翅的同时,米饭也已经焖好了香菇鸡翅VS煎茄条盒饭 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>夏天带饭的那些123

 

注意:我发现新鲜鸡翅做出来的肉比较嫩,味道也鲜,如果是冷冻的,可以加点可乐什么的嫩化一下

新鲜的鸡肉有股禽肉特殊的腥味,用料酒和葱姜腌制下就好

加少许糖可以让鸡翅味道更好

 

香煎茄子(炖鸡翅的时候,用另一个锅煎茄子)

 

原料:茄子、盐、干淀粉、油、豆豉辣酱

做法:茄子清洗干净,切成条,撒少许盐,裹适量干粉

平底锅放少量油,把茄子放进去煎,小火慢慢煎

煎完一面翻面,等到茄子变软,白色变半透明时拣出来

吃的时候撒点海鲜酱油或是豆豉辣酱

3、带的菜最好不要有汤水之类的,温度高容易变质,对饭盒的要求也高,稍有不慎就会洒出来,不方便,最好选用汁水较少的菜
