飞机型号为737-800W.1

这里的W.1代表什么意思?


有人说,应该是表示翼尖小翼

W”=Winglets


如是马上有人想到

尾缀W.1的飞机是这样





尾缀W.2的飞机是这样





这样说当然是不对的~






其实手册里有提及

737-800W.X:

W 确实指的是安装了翼尖小翼,而 1/2 代表的其实是装的是单位置尾橇还是双位置尾橇。



737-800飞机都有尾橇,比如下图是一架普通有小翼的737-800飞机,就没有尾缀1。




其实,737-800W.1另外还代表这是一架短跑道构型的飞机,合起来表示这是一架安装单位置尾橇的拥有短跑道起降性能的737-800飞机。如果737-800W.2,就表示这是一架安装双位置尾橇的拥有短跑道起降性能的737-800飞机。*

有一天,接到一个电话:快帮帮我,碰到一个非常棘手的问题了。


我问什么问题。


他说,我们有两架737-800 飞机,机组反映襟翼要到25°缝翼才能完全伸出。


我问,你们的737-800飞机是短跑道构型的吗?


他说是。


我说这不对的嘛,短跑道构型的飞机就这样啊,在襟翼25°之前,缝翼是不开缝的,为了增大升力啊,要不怎么缩短起飞滑跑距离呢?



下面简单介绍下SFP(Short Field Performance,短跑道性能)


  主要有四大基础改变: 



1
 扰流板



增大扰流板地面升起角度


Speedbrakes:increasing spoiler deflection on the ground


The travel of the Flight Spoilers and the Inboard Ground Spoilers will be increased such that they will travel to an equivalent of 60 degrees on the ground.Currently, the Flight Spoiler deploys to approximately 30 degrees on the ground,while the Inboard Ground Spoiler deploys to approximately 52 degrees on the ground (see Figure 1).



在地面,飞行扰流板升起角度从普通737NG的38°增大到60°,内侧地面扰流板从52°增大到60°。

 前缘襟翼

Krueger flap seal door:Unsealing the Krueger flap during approach and landing


The addition of an actuated Krueger flap seal door will reduce landing distances by improving stall lift characteristics and thus reducing approach speeds. The seal door will be actuated to open the gap between the flap and the engine cowl when the trailing edge flaps are in the Flaps 40 position. The seal door will remain closed at all other flap settings due to the increased drag from this configuration (see Figure 2).

Sealed leading edge slats:sealing the slats for flaps 10, 15, & 25


The leading edge (LE) slats will be rescheduled so the slats remain in the sealed (intermediate) position for all takeoff flap settings (Flaps 1 through 25). The LE slats will transition to the Full Extend position for landing flap settings 30 and 40.The trailing edge (TE) flap system will be revised to include flap load relief for flap detents 10, 15, 25, 30, and 40. This enhancement is included in both Short Field Performance options, but is available on 737-800 and -900 airplanes only (see Figure 3).





在襟翼1~25°之间,前缘缝翼在不开缝的半伸出状态,直到襟翼30°前缘缝翼才会完全伸出。

 双位置尾橇(可选)


着陆时多伸出5英寸


Two position tail skid:providing a 2-position tailskid


The final component, available only with option 0222C472A10 on 737-800 and -900 airplanes, is a new two position tail skid (see figure 4). The existing tail skid protects the aft fuselage from the damaging effects of tail strikes if over-rotation occurs during takeoffs. This new tail skid, which extends an additional 5 inches (approximate), will provide protection during landing. It will allow for higher angles of attack during approach, with a subsequent reduction in approach speeds and reduced landing distances.

除了这些基础改变以外,还可能包括这样一些改进




  • Section 48 is revised for the 2-position tailskid,


  • Fixed wing TE is strengthened for the increased inboard ground and flight


  • spoiler deflections and new spoiler actuators New 2-position tailskid is offered


  • as an option in place of the fixed position tailskid,


  • Inboard ground spoiler actuators are revised for greater stroke,


  • New 2-stage flight spoiler actuators and control valves are required,一级活门由液压控制将飞行扰流板伸起到正常的33°或38°;第二级活门由电控制将飞行扰流板伸起更大的角度(56°和65°),第二级活门与内锁活门和扰流板手柄交联,


  • Revised speedbrake handle detent assembly,


  • Revised Krueger castings,


  • New Krueger door seal actuator is required,


  • New electrically-controlled, hydraulic tailskid actuator is required,


  • Systems and structural interfaces are modified as necessary to accommodate the Krueger door seal, the inboard ground and flight spoilers, the sealed slats, and 2-position tailskid,


  • MLG forward trunnion pin is revised,


  • MLG recambered inboard 0.75°,


  • FSEU FCU, and TE flap load relief system are revised as required,


  • New SPSEU is provided for tailskid control,


  • New APU drain mast is required for the tailskid,


  • CDS, EDFCS, FMC, and SMYD are revised,


  • Latest EEC (Electronic Engine Controls) with the modification to the idle thrust time delay is incorporated.接地后减少慢车推力的延迟时间,从5秒减少到2秒,以缩短着陆滑跑距离。
